Erich Labuda serves as President of the ABB Motion Services division, within the Motion business area. He joined ABB in 2011 as part of the executive trainee program in Switzerland and has held leadership positions in the field of strategy and business development. In 2013 he joined the ABB Group Corporate Strategy team, followed by his appointment as Head of Business Development for Business Unit Drives. JĆ©rĆ“me Bilodeau is Head of Analysis at the International Energy Agency’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Inclusive Transitions in Paris. Prior to this role, he was Director of theĀ Buildings and IndustryĀ Division in the Government of Canada, where he oversaw federal policy and programming pertaining to efficiency in buildings and industry, and Senior Consultant atĀ DunskyĀ Energy + Climate Advisors, where he advised clients across North America. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from theĀ UniversityĀ ofĀ Ottawa, and an MBA from HEC MontrĆ©al.

Bill has served as Executive Director of AEE since November 2017, succeeding Al Thumann, Founder of AEE, who served as AEE’s Executive Director for 40 years. Bill has been involved in the energy management industry for over 30 years and brings expertise in energy efficiency, instrumentation, automation, building systems, and executive leadership.
