Optimizing Heat Pump Systems with Targeted Supplemental Heating
Together we will examine the what, why and how of supplemental heating’s benefits to Heat Pump systems.
Through the exploration and interpretation of validated data, simulations, and models we will demonstrate how supplemental heat solutions can improve the total heat pump ecosystem to achieve lower cost (capex and opex), better efficiency in cold weather, easier installs than large centralized systems , and opportunities to leverage BMS systems for improved heating control.

With his years at the Electrolux Group, where he managed the $1.2 billion AEG brand, he gained valuable insights into appliance development and marketing, understanding the competitive advantages sought by potential OhmIQ customers. Fred's experience as a co-founder of MyTelescope.io, a Swedish martech start-up, equips him with practical knowledge of emerging technological challenges and opportunities. Prior to OhmIQ, he consulted for global giants like Volvo, Scandinavian Airlines, and Aritco, applying his extensive experience, networking acumen, and practical perspective. A Belgian native, Fred's fluency in six languages adds to his global appeal.
